Commercial shipment

Commercial shipments are goods not for personal use, but for profit: sales, advertising campaigns, promotions, testing. These could be finished products, manufacturing equipment, spare parts, product samples, or marketing materials. The cost of shipping commercial goods depends on the direction, weight. Fill out an request to calculate the cost.

Parcels towards individuals

ExD accepts documents and parcels for shipment to individuals. We do not accept dangerous goods and items prohibited for shipment by the local legislation of the countries. You can see the list in the Prohibited goods section. If you do not know if a product is classified as dangerous or prohibited, write to us.

Documents for customs clearance

In order to carry out the movement of cargo shipments across customs borders, one cannot do without documents for customs clearance. In order for a person to cross the border of the state, the documents are required (foreign passport, visa, migration card, and others), with parcels as well. In order for the parcel to cross the customs border, it must be registered. And in order to register it when crossing the customs border, customs documents are needed. The list of documents depends on the following factors: * the status of the sender and recipient; * cost of goods; * purpose of transportation; * type of transport; * type of customs clearance and other factors

Customs duty

Customs payments are payments charged by representatives of state customs authorities. Payments are charged on the basis of global customs legislation and the customs legislation of the country in which territory the customs clearance procedure is carried out. Customs duty can be included in the cost of the service, or paid separately at the request of the customs authorities.

Additional costs and brokerage costs for customs clearance

Brokerage costs - payments provided for the services of a customs broker. Depending on the type of service, country, customs broker - the cost of these services may vary. Storage costs - payments for exceeding the terms of free storage of goods. Depending on the stage at which cargo storage is required, the free storage period is limited, within which the customer (Client) is required to provide any information, documents or pay accrued fees. If storage is required beyond the free period, these costs may also apply.

How is the cost of services calculated?

The cost of delivery depends on the weight and dimensions of the item, as well as the delivery route. To calculate the cost of delivery, fill out the order form on the website or write to us with all the necessary data, we will calculate the cost of the service.

Why is the estimated weight of the package so high?

We measure not only the physical weight of the parcel - the indicator that the scales show. We also measure the volumetric weight of the parcel, it reflects the dimensions of the shipment and the area it occupies. The formula for calculating volumetric weight is LengthWidthHeight)/5000. To calculate the cost of delivery, a greater weight is taken: physical or volumetric.

My package is damaged. What shall I do?

If your order is damaged, write to us, having immediately specified whether the order was inspected upon receipt and whether a damage report was drawn up. If possible, send us a photo of the transport packaging and goods.

Changing the delivery address

Within the same city, the delivery address is changed free of charge. The cost of delivery to another city will be issued additionally. Contact us if you need to know this cost.
To change the delivery address, you need to send us:
1. Order number;
2. New shipping address;
If the parcel has passed customs clearance, the address cannot be changed.

Prohibited shipments are any substances which, when transported, may explode, react dangerously, ignite, cause elevated temperatures, or release toxic, corrosive or flammable gas or vapors, which should not be transported under standard transport conditions under any circumstances.
